Bernard Seguin is an engineer and an agronomist. He graduated from the National Institute of Agronomy of Paris. He obtained his PhD at the French University of Provence. He just retired from the INRA (National Institute of Agronomic Research) where he was a Research Director in the Agroclim Unit of Avignon. Bernard Seguin has worked for a long time on the characterization of micro-climates, and then on remote-sensing applied to agricultural follow-up. Since 2002, he was in charge of the Mission “Climate change and global warming”.
